Just to add on on the warranty after contacting Electrolux Malaysia. Below is the reply that I received Your General Warranty period for Model ETB2102MG will be 1 year from the purchase date and 10 years for the compressor only
I am highly recommended Lazada to stop offer this product if they not confident that the product will receive by purchaser safely. I decided to place the order for this product due to its spec & price is meeting my requirements. However, I started feeling uncomfortable as I not sure the exact date & time the item will arrive my place and no channel I can contact to confirm the date. The tracking site also not working as the given tracking# is invalid. The delivery guy contact me during my working day when they already arrived my area make me need to rush back to collect the item. And then, the package is in bad condition and lots of dust on the box. I found that one of the legs was missing after I unpacked it and luckily overall still look fine. I logged an incident ticket to Lazada and request for part replacement. The support agent informed they will arrange reserve pick up and refund after they received the good. I checked with the agent why can't they just replace the part/product instead of return & refund? It will create another troubles to me as I need wait for reserve pick up that I got no idea when is the exact date and only able to get back my refund after they received it. I totally not agree with this solution and asked why can't exchange the product instead of refund? The answer I got is they don't want to create more trouble to me as the new product may have the same problem. If you do not have confident to deliver this product to your buyers in good condition, why don't you remove them from your catalogue? Finally, I requested to escalate this ticket and the additional option given to me is I had to contact the seller directly. The very funny thing is the seller is Lazada. Such a so irresponsible solution from Lazada management team. I totally no idea why the management given this kind of suggestion and mean that the only option is to wait for reverse pickup and refund. This experience totally change my initial mind that Lazada have better quality control than other sellers in term of packing protection, fulfilment procedure and handling the defects complaints.
Received the item and it's as per specification stated. HOWEVER, the item is not as per visual. Disappointing.
